Producer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Leads and Directors to plan and implement projects based on an a high vision
  • Schedule and maintain day to day tasking of interdisciplinary project teams while partnering with management to achieve certain goals
  • Oversee the game production pipeline of one or more projects throughout all production phases
  • Managing development efforts to keep product development on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain and enhance necessary processes and procedures for product development while coordinating with development team to ensure company-wide policies are adhered to

 

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have shipped multiple game project. Additionally, the candidate should have proven experience producing and managing cross-functional development teams and resources to qualify and schedule goals. The ideal candidate will have the skill to moderate and guide discussions and a creative process.

 

Required:

  • Led development of at least one current game project through shipping
  • Recent Unreal Engine development experience desired
  • Experience in a different field of game development (programming, art, design or QA) is a plus
  • Ability to create and maintain project schedules and milestone documentation, monitoring the progress of department milestones and individual tasks against those schedules
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel), Confluence and other project tracking and bug database software
  • Familiarity with traditional production management techniques
  • Familiarity with Agile techniques, including SCRUM or Kanban; CI-ACP, CSP, PMP or equivalent certification a plus
